The Smiths Songs You Need to Listen to

It sure is easy to get lost in the eyes of Morrissey and Johnny Marr. Can you believe these handsome devils also play music that is distinctly weird and awesome? Well, they do... or, I guess, did... I don't really know anything about their lives after the year 1987.

Anyway enough of that. Those two handsome fellas were the front men of the 1980's alternative band The Smiths. Their music is weird, dark and very different than anything that you will ever come across. Here is my list of The Smiths songs you need to listen to. Be Warned: My mother claims this music drove my dad to become the clinically insane person that he is today! Let's do this thing:

Bigmouth Strikes Again

This song is probably the funniest on the list. Be warned though, their sense of humor is pretty dark. Sweetness, he was only joking...

How Soon Is Now

This is probably their most famous song, which is surprising considering how different it sounds from the rest of the songs on this list.

Half A Person

"Call me morbid, call me pale/
I've spent six years on your trail"

This Charming Man

This song, in many ways, started it all for The Smiths. you should just stop reading this, and go listen to it right now.

There Is a Light That Never Goes Out

Apparently, they don't have homes anymore. All the more reason to give this song a listen. They need your support.

Do you have a list that you want me to do? Think really hard and I might just read your mind and make it.
